The coating line refers to a production line that undergoes a series of operational processes for production

The specific operation process is as follows:

1. Product placement: Place the object on the plugin to start coating

2. Electrostatic dust removal: removes oil and dust brought by injection molding

3. Preheating: To give the object a little temperature for better coloring

4. Primer spraying: Cover the color of the plastic itself and spray the base color first to meet production requirements

5. Drying: Using the temperature in the IR zone of the tunnel to achieve a semi dry state, preparing for the next spray coating

6. Surface spraying: Spray colors that require coloring

7. Smooth and dry: Smooth and dry through a tunnel. 

8. UV spray curing: Use UV coating in combination with the required amount of UV 365nm light (800-1200mj) for instant curing of the coating

9. Shipment and packaging inspection
